<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/jfp.freedomflotilla.org\/news\/freedom-under-attack-as-it-carries-medical-supplies-to-gaza\"><span style=\"color: #e82500;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Freedom<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/em><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0les bateaux de la Flottille 2018 pour Gaza qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9tourn\u00e9s par les forces isra\u00e9liennes. \u00a0Comme\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stg2018.wordpress.com\/2018\/08\/08\/foreign-minister-margot-wallstroms-reply-to-our-letter-sweden\/\"><span style=\"color: #e82500;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><u>l\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 Margot Wallstr\u00f6m, ministre su\u00e9doise des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">, la cargaison des bateaux doit \u00eatre rendue, en application du droit international. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dans notre d\u00e9claration du 9 ao\u00fbt nous avons rappell\u00e9 au gouvernement isra\u00e9lien que le droit international requiert la livraison du mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L\u2019article 23 de la Convention de Gen\u00e8ve Relative \u00e0 la Protection des\u00a0Civil en Temps de Guerre\u00a0(Geneva Convention IV, 1949) pose que \u201cChaque Haute Partie Contractante autorisera le libre passage de tous les envois de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical et sanitaire \u2026 destin\u00e9s exclusivement aux civils d\u2019une autre Haute partie Contractante, m\u00eame si cette derni\u00e8re est un adversaire.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">De plus, le\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icrc.org\/fre\/resources\/documents\/misc\/5fzgm5.htm\"><span style=\"color: #e82500;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manuel de San Remo sur le droit international applicable aux conflits arm\u00e9s en mer (juin 1994)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0stipule dans le\u00a0paragraphe 104: \u201c\u00a0Le bellig\u00e9rant imposant le blocus doit permettre le passage de fournitures m\u00e9dicales pour la population civile et pour les militaires bless\u00e9s ou malades, sous r\u00e9serve de son droit de prescrire les conditions techniques de l\u2019autorisation de passage, y compris la perquisition.\u201d\u00a0En outre\u00a0le\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.humanrightsvoices.org\/assets\/attachments\/documents\/The.Manual.Law.NIAC.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #e82500;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manuel sur le Droit ap<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">plicable aux\u00a0conflits arm\u00e9s non-internationaux de 2006\u00a0affirme\u00a0dans le point 2 du\u00a0commentaire sur la R\u00e8gle 2.3.10: \u201cPar extension, tous les objets indispensables \u00e0 la survie des civils doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s, tout particuli\u00e8rement les m\u00e9dicaments.\u00a0Cette protection signifie que l\u2019ennemi n\u2019est pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 attaquer, d\u00e9truire, enlever ou rendre inop\u00e9rants les objets sus-mentionn\u00e9s.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Notre avocate isra\u00e9lienne\u00a0Gaby Lasky est en contact avec les autorit\u00e9s d\u2019occupation afin\u00a0d\u2019arranger la remise de l\u2019aide m\u00e9dicale humanitaire mais rien n\u2019est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Gaza \u00e0 ce style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nous appelons les citoyen.ne.s concern\u00e9.e.s dans le monde entier \u00e0 appeler leurs ministres des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et l&#8217;ambassade isra\u00e9lienne s&#8217;il en existe une dans leurs pays respectifs et \u00e0 exiger que le gouvernement isra\u00e9lien rende imm\u00e9diatement les 114 boites de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical destin\u00e9es \u00e0 Gaza, comme le requiert le droit international.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #101113;\"><span style=\"font-family:
