Quote “I have been physically separated from my home and family in the Gaza Strip for three years. I have to contend with feelings of alienation and physical immobility, as I have pursued higher education beyond the reality of brutal occupation, colonization and walls, whilst simultaneously shouldering a responsibility to stand against the oppression and dehumanization and bring justice for my people.”
Awni is on board Al Awda (The Return). He can be interviewed in English or in Arabic.
